Unlike fragmented solutions locked to a single layer, our platform delivers adaptive control across the full stack — from physical links and transport to control and cloud. CohereX™ and QohereX™ extend stability where it matters most, enabling networks and quantum systems to remain efficient, resilient, and ready for growth.
Asaad Riaz is the inventor of the MNC Protocol™ and the architect behind its first product embodiments, CohereX™ and QohereX™, which bring intelligent stability to networks and quantum systems. He founded Riaz Communications Inc. to solve the fundamental problem of instability in our foundational technologies, leading the company with a vision to build a more resilient digital and quantum future.
As a Systems Architect, with nearly two decades of hands-on experience across software engineering, full-stack development, and distributed systems, Asaad has built and led technology initiatives that bridge advanced research with real-world applications.
His entrepreneurial track record includes building and scaling a wide range of enterprise platforms and intelligent systems across sectors such as AI, blockchain infrastructure, and distributed applications. He also serves as Founder and CTO of QuantumHub, where he focuses on architecting advanced systems at the intersection of artificial intelligence and decentralized computing. Beyond product development, his leadership spans technical strategy, systems architecture, and the execution of complex R&D initiatives across emerging technologies.
Asaad’s technical work is built on a foundation of deep academic research in physics, computability, logic, and philosophy of technology. He is the author of several theoretical contributions, including the Semantic Horizon Principle, the Unity Theorem and the Principle of Coherence Deficit.
His research at Riaz Communications extends these foundations into the physics of stability, time, and energy balance. This includes research into the Principle of Bounded Deviation, the General Law of Deviation–Energy Balance (GLDE), and the General Fluctuation–Dissipation Relation (GFDR), a deterministic framework linking system deviation, energetic response, and corrective dynamics, forming part of his ongoing effort to unify the mathematical structures behind the MNC Protocol™ and its applied embodiments.
Riaz Communications advances this work through two formal research programs under Asaad’s direction. The first, the Foundations of Time & Information Series Program, examines the structural limits of time reconstruction in closed systems and includes published results such as the Temporal Non-Constructibility Theorem (TNT) and the Renewal-Time Framework (RTF). The second, the Deterministic Stability & Energy Program, focuses on the mathematical relationship between deviation, dissipation, and corrective energy, represented in its published work through the GLDE and GFDR.
Across 2025 and early 2026, Asaad expanded his research into computation, verification, and execution governance. His published work during this period included the Referential Incompleteness and Horizon Incompleteness results, examining structural limits in semantic grounding, computability, and representation within formal systems.
In late 2025, this research direction further evolved through work on the Semantic Horizon Mass, contributing to the architectural foundations of Verification Boundary Operating Systems (VB-OS) — a verification-oriented computing framework introducing deterministic execution authority as an independent infrastructure layer, designed to structurally separate probabilistic inference from operational authorization in software and autonomous systems.
In January 2026, he published the foundational VB-OS whitepaper defining the verification boundary architecture, deterministic replay principles, fail-closed authorization semantics, and mechanically verifiable execution constraints for high-assurance operational environments.
He later led the design and implementation of VB-OS™, a deterministic verification infrastructure focused on authorization integrity, replayability, auditability, and boundary-constrained execution.
This pursuit of clarity and depth extends to his philosophical writings. Asaad is the published author of Word2Lines: 72 Reflections2Rumi, Risalah: The Discipline of Love and Longing and the upcoming publication Ego and The Absolute. His writings reflect the same focus on human impact and foundational truths that shape his technical innovations.
Dedicated to social as well as technological advancement, Asaad is the founder of Whispers2Reflections, a nonprofit organization focused on mental health awareness and suicide prevention — demonstrating a deep-seated commitment to building resilient systems for both machines and humanity.
Alongside his technical and nonprofit work, Asaad is also the creator of the Hinabandi poetic documentary series, reflecting his belief in using both technology and art to explore resilience, meaning, and human connection.
To engineer intelligent stability for the world’s most critical digital and quantum systems.
We create solutions that unlock resilience and efficiency by replacing outdated correction methods with adaptive, intelligent control — enabling networks and quantum technologies to perform at their highest potential.
A future where foundational technologies, from telecom and cloud to quantum computing, are no longer constrained by instability.
Stronger, faster, and more efficient systems — a world resilient against digital and quantum volatility.
Riaz Communications Inc. was founded with a simple but urgent belief: the future of technology depends on stability. As networks expand, clouds scale, and quantum computing races forward, the world’s most critical systems are being pushed beyond what outdated correction methods can handle.
We saw an opportunity to rethink this challenge. Instead of relying on static, brute-force fixes that waste resources and falter under volatility, we envisioned a smarter foundation — one that adapts in real time, applies correction only when necessary, and scales effortlessly from today’s networks to tomorrow’s quantum breakthroughs.
This vision gave rise to our platform, powered by the MNC Protocol™. With two product lines — CohereX™, engineered for digital networks, and QohereX™, designed for quantum systems — we deliver intelligent stability where it matters most.
Our journey is defined by a commitment to efficiency, resilience, and trust. By protecting our technology with patents pending and building a platform that integrates seamlessly through Edge, Core, Silicon, SDK, API, Simulation, and Visualization tools, we are creating the stability layer the future requires.
Riaz Communications exists to make critical technologies stronger, faster, and more efficient — so they can fulfill their true potential.
